About Flat Iron Meats 

Flat Iron Meats was formed to satisfy beef source concerns by providing consumers with identity preserved and source verified beef. By using RFID technology our company tracks our beef from birth to the dinner table through the use of an electronic ear tag placed on the newborn calf.  Each animal is entered into the web database, known as Track Right®, allowing us to monitor the animal through its entire life cycle.  Imagine the peace of mind you will have knowing when and where your beef was born, what it was fed, where it was raised and how it arrived at its ultimate destiny – your dining room table.

Our Technology
In addition to the cutting edge technology, Flat Iron Meats also stands behind its producers who keep the company firmly ahead of the competition.  Our small to medium sized producers and feed lots are handpicked and rank among the elite in the industry.  Their facilities adhere to the highest, most humane animal welfare standards, and they feed no animal by-products.  We know every producer personally and can verify that each animal was “Born and Raised in the USA” and has never passed though a sale barn, where most of the meat in the United States comes from.

Serving the Consumer
Because of these efforts, we are able to provide you the safest, most consistent, flavorful beef products on the market, from beef snack sticks, fully cooked microwaveable roasts, hamburger, mouth-watering steaks and even quarters of sides of beef if you choose.  We also provide a variety of all natural, handmade cheeses from the Alma Creamery in Alma, Kansas.  All natural and handmade fits the same philosophies as Flat Iron’s.
